Scott has given us several options on the design and has been quick to take our ideas on board and adjust the design as necessary and we are now ready to submit the plans for planning permission and can’t wait to get the project started".

We work at a variety of scales and collaboratively with Interior Designers, Engineers and on-site Construction Professionals, along with our own experimentation and research that tests boundaries in order to ensure the outcome is unusual in the most positive way - exceptional and extraordinary even.

 

Scott James Currie is an Architectural Designer with 14 years practice experience who graduated from London Metropolitan University in 2013 under the stewardship of Sterling Prize winning tutors.

 

Spending valuable time in Italy as part of his studies (Milan, Turin, Genoa, Venice, Urbino and Gubbio) led to his exposure to Architects such as Giancarlo De Carlo and Carlo Mollino, and world famous designers such as Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni (ref: Arco lamp, 1962).  This confirmed his thoughts that architecture need not only focus on the 'building' but on the holistic 'process'; how do we ensure something works inside and out ?

Serving for over a decade at a Brighton/London based practice (being its first employee), he was integral to its growth and success as part of the Senior Management Team.
